• Laboratory and phlebotomy
• Computerized Pulmonary function testing (spirometry), and bronchospasm evaluations
• Audiometry and
  Pulse Oximetry
• Immunizations including occupational related vaccinations such as tetanus and hepatitis B
• Travel Medicine Services including vaccinations
• Laceration repair, suturing and minor surgical procedures
• Electrocardiograms (EKG)
• Urine drug testing with Chain of Custody; Drug testing summaries are kept in our office for three years to comply with DOT enforcement audits

Customized Services:

For larger businesses or groups, we can provide a pricing plan that will fit your budget.  Tiered services for routine physical examinations, drug screening, and on the job injuries can be arranged.

In situations where a company may need an immediate appointment, a ‘same-day’ visit can be scheduled for services such as random drug screening, injuries, and DOT physicals.  In addition, an expedited travel medicine consultation and an accelerated vaccination schedule can be obtained for last minute assignments abroad. Information regarding services provided to employees with authorization is forwarded to each patient’s company physician or health department free of charge.
