Prescription Refills— We can only help with prescription refills and appointments during our regular office hours.  It is important to call for a refill at least two to three days in advance.  If you need a prescription refilled, it is faster to have your pharmacist contact us, but even then, it can take 48 hours to respond to refill requests.

Test Results—As soon as test results are received, we will call you. 
We do not adhere to the policy of only calling if there is a problem.  You deserve to know the results of testing good, bad or otherwise.  If you have had a test and have not heard from us within three business days, please call our office.  We can email or fax your results upon request.

Messages—When you leave a message our goal is to quickly respond.  After your message is left, our nurses will review and respond back to you.  If you would rather wait and only speak with your physician, please inform us on the message, but realize that it can be 24 to 48 hours before they will be able to call you back.
